Important: Hotel bookings through the bnetwork online portal are exclusively for registrants of the INTA 2026 Annual Meeting. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are not registered or if you cancel your Annual Meeting registration. Cancellation fees may apply.
Hotel Reservation Deposit Policy
Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to 50 percent of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.
By February 23, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time): an additional 50 percent deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100 percent of the total fee for the reserved allotment.
Failure to pay the remaining 50 percent deposit by February 23, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time), will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.
Starting on February 24, 2026: Any additional booking must be paid in full at the moment of making the reservation. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.
A final invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel upon check out.
Authorization: By providing your credit card details, you authorize bnetwork to charge your card according to the cancellation policy outlined below. Please note that the charge will appear as "BNETWORKGBP" on your credit card statement.
Individual Booking - Cancellation Policies
From the time your booking is confirmed up to January 30, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time), your deposit is fully refundable in the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay. *
* Exception: If your reservation is for Tower Suites by Blue Orchid or The Biltmore Mayfair: From the time your booking is confirmed up to January 9, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time) (NOT January 30): In the event of a cancellation or reduction of stay. The deposit is fully refundable.
From January 31 to February 23, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time): In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay, 50 percent of the deposit amount will be refunded; 50 percent will be retained as a nonrefundable cancellation fee.**
**Exceptions: If your reservation is for Tower Suites by Blue Orchid or The Biltmore Mayfair, the timeframe is January 10 (11:59 PM British Summer Time) (NOT January 31) to February 23 (11:59 PM British Summer Time).
From February 24 to March 27, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time): In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay, 25 percent of the deposit amount will be refunded; 75 percent will be retained as a nonrefundable cancellation fee. ***
*** Exceptions: If your reservation is for Hampton by Hilton London Docklands: From February 24th to March 27th, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time): In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay, 15 percent of the deposit will be refunded; 85 percent will be retained as a nonrefundable cancellation fee.
If your reservation is for The Biltmore Mayfair: From February 24th to March 27th, 2026 (11:59 PM British Summer Time): In the event of cancellation or reduction of stay, 10 percent of the deposit will be refunded; 90 percent will be retained as a nonrefundable cancellation fee.
Starting on March 28, 2026, deposits are fully nonrefundable. This policy applies to both cancellations and reductions in length of stay.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to intahotels@bnetwork.com. Requests for cancellations made by phone will not be accepted.
Note: A 2.5 percent administrative fee applies to all deposits paid by credit card. This fee is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
Reservation modification changes: Please visit the INTA Hotel Booking website (see your registration confirmation email) and log in on the top right corner with your INTA account credentials to access our online platform and to request your modification(s). Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.
Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information.” bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by INTA or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to fulfil its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes or for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the individual.
