Important: Please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for registered participants of the INTA 2026 Annual Meeting. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are not registered or if you cancel your registration. Cancellation fees may apply.

Hotel reservation deposit policies:

Reservations made before February 23rd, 2026 (included):  50% deposit taken at time of booking. 

Remaining balance deposit (50%) due by March 02nd 2026.  
Note: Failure to pay the remaining 50% deposit by March 02nd 2026 will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid. 

Reservations made from February 24h, 2026 onward:  full prepayment taken at time of booking. 

 

Hotel reservation cancellation policies:

Cancellations made prior to January 30th, 2026: deposit is fully refundable, less 2.5% administrative fee if the deposit is made by credit card.

From January 31st to February 27th, 2026: deposit is refundable, less 50% cost of cancelled nights and a 2.5% administrative fee if the deposit is made by credit card.

From February 28th to March 27th, 2026: deposit is refundable, less 75% cost of the cancelled nights and a 2.5% administrative fee if the deposit is made by credit card.

From March 28th, 2026: we regret that no refund of the deposit can be made. 

Cancellations must be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at intahotels@bnetwork.com. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted.

Reservation modification changes: Please visit INTA Registration website and log in with your INTA ACCOUNT credentials to access our online platform and to request your modification(s). Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”. bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to fulfil its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for bnetwork’s own purposes or for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company.
